Artterro toys are all eco-friendly toys proudly made in Madison, WI. Atterro print all of their packaging inserts and marketing materials on recycled paper in Eugene, Oregon using vegetable-based inks and renewable energy. They get their packaging from the award winning company, Green Bay Packaging, known for their innovative environmental practices. In an effort to give back to the community in Wisconsin, Artterro also hires teens from the local high schools to assist with shipping and assembly so they can learn about business through a teen mentoring program.
In order to further support the U.S. economy, they source many of their materials from small U.S. companies as well as offer flexible work environments and a decent living wage for their employees. They are very proud to run a business that provides jobs for their community. The women who founded Artterro, Jennifer Conn and Forrest Espinoza, also hope to inspire other women entrepreneurs to follow their dreams.
The company produces art kits for kids that are open ended projects, allowing the child to choose the end result through imagination and creativity. All of the kits have every item your child will need to create a beautiful work of art that can later be framed inside the packaging. Next time you’re looking for something to buy to open your child’s mind up to crafting and art, check out Artterro’s kits for a relaxing afternoon cultivating artistic expression.
